Dynasty Financial Partners’ core services platform focuses on supporting breakaways and independent RIAs with technology, investment solutions, TAMP, operational infrastructure, and practice management resources—essentially the tools and services needed to run and scale an independent enterprise. Dynasty Investment Bank, a service provided through Dynasty Securities, LLC, a broker dealer, provides advisory business dedicated exclusively to transaction-related work, including M&A, capital raising, valuations, minority/majority sales, and strategic advisory. It operates with a strict separation from the platform side, ensuring client data, strategy, and decision-making remain completely independent. This ensures we can leverage institutional-grade transaction expertise without compromising Diamond’s independence or ability to recommend competing platforms when they’re the right fit.

This initiative adds valuation insight, M&A capabilities, and access to institutional capital, enabling advisors to run a competitive process and understand the enterprise-value implications of each path. No. Diamond Consultants and Dynasty Investment Bank maintain open architecture and evaluate all viable options. However, many advisors find that Dynasty’s platform and resource capabilities make it a compelling choice for building long-term enterprise value.

Our combined networks include hundreds of leading RIAs, private equity sponsors, family offices, strategic buyers, minority investors, and private credit providers. Together, we curate the right set of options based on each client’s goals.

Diamond Consultants: Paid by hiring firm/platform.

Dynasty Investment Bank: Retainer and negotiated success fee payable at closing.

Any revenue-sharing arrangements are fully disclosed and do not influence our guidance.

Note: Diamond may get compensated by custodians, etc. but that doesn’t have to do with this initiative and is dependent on where the advisor goes. The only direct fee out of this arrangement would be the transaction fee per above
